About Me
My name is Jihane Lahssini, a landscape architect passionate about creating sustainable and inspiring outdoor spaces. My work explores the relationship between nature, design, and culture, blending ecological awareness with artistic expression. Through each project, I aim to craft environments that reflect harmony, identity, and functionality, while promoting a deeper connection between people and their surroundings. Rooted in the rich landscapes and cultural heritage of Morocco, my designs seek to merge modern vision with natural beauty to shape meaningful and resilient spaces.
Professional Experience
Alongside my studies, I began my career as a freelance landscape architect, working on design concepts, 3D visualizations, and planting plans for a variety of projects. After completing my bachelor’s degree, I joined a landscape design office, where I strengthened my skills in site planning, technical drawings, and sustainable landscape development.
Today, I continue to work as an independent landscape architect, combining creativity, technical expertise, and ecological awareness to design spaces that enhance both human experience and environmental balance.
Education
After earning my baccalaureate in physical sciences, I pursued studies in landscape architecture, obtaining both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the École d’Architecture de Casablanca (EAC). This education allowed me to develop a sensitive and sustainable approach to landscape design, combining aesthetics, ecology, and innovation.
